Building success 2008-2009. Some highlights:

Trend Research: Tailored the copyrighted Rooms of America style research report & trend analysis to provide quick online answers for international pet distributor/manufacturer/sales agent to select best designs by retail channel, region, price point & demographic for its key retailers.  

Graphics: Designed visual communications solutions for a CPA financial services/financial planning firm including web-site, letterhead identity package and sales materials.

Education:  Wrote & designed the Color Preferences of America 12 page booklet for college & university students and clients in workshops- such as IDCEC/IIDA CEU approved 'Beyond Color Hype' first delivered at Neocon a year ago. 

Authored:  Wrote article on impact of pattern in architecture for international Architectural Design Magazine published by John Wiley &  Sons UK - appearing Fall '09.  Updates thesis topic on impact of designed environment on behavior.

Community Outreach/Event Planning: Developed, planned, hosted the Spirit, Hope, Health & Wholeness event/workshop themed series beginning with a pink ribbon brunch for those whose lives were touched by breast cancer,  a subsequent event on depression/suicide, an event -in progress- on stress management, and one in the wings on substance abuse & recovery.  Brought together top flight speakers on body, mind, emotion & Spirit.  Rated 'outstanding'.

Member retention, Research & Education: Completed membership research, planning & analysis for CMG color marketing group color education committee including strategic plan, recommendations, web site reference section (bibliographies), university color programs & webinar/CEU program topics.

Columnist:  Appointed as Examiner for 2-3x weekly blog posts for Columbus interfaith spirituality topics (ethics, social justice, community outreach, diversity)

Design research blogger: Began design/design research blog postings on Wordpress.com on product, brand, image, design of products/services.

Member retention & Relationship Building:  Developed call procedure/log  and began on-going, high level member service including calling/visitation & follow up for a large area non-profit.  Hospital, hospice, skilled nursing, assisted living & independent- largely seniors.

Brand mapping, trend analysis & product positioning: Designed extensive multi-brand/product style mapping, market trend evaluation and competitor analysis project for international kitchen & bath manufacturer with recommendations, workshop and design trend boards.
